Thursday-Think Positive

Positivity is a brain muscle. Just like you do squats to grow your butt, you must constantly exercise positivity in order to grow your faith and skill. The more you practice, the easier positivity becomes and the quicker you see results. So start practicing now and keep up the effort- soon your positive mental attitude will be toned, strong, and active!
